Welcome to the E C Legal ClaimAdviser software
I am James Woods the Managing Partner of E C Legal Litigation Lawyers.
The E C Legal ClaimAdviser software has been designed by me along with experienced E C Legal lawyers to guide you through the provision of information necessary for E C Legal to give you advice about debt recovery and commercial disputes. The software uses AI to gather, check and save your information.
Despite ClaimAdviser using AI during this initial information gathering stage, your information is being received by E C Legal. As an Australian legal firm, E C Legal is bound by obligations of privacy and confidentiality and any information provided by you will be kept private and confidential.
At the end of the process, your information will be provided to an E C Legal lawyer who will provide you with written advice about:
- the prospects of success of your claim
- any further information or action required to improve the success of your claim
- jurisdictions in which to bring your claim
- the path that your claim might take
- the costs involved in bringing the claim
- the time frame involved in bringing the claim
When you receive the written advice from the E C Legal lawyer, you have no obligation to continue. If you choose not to continue, you will not be required to make any payment.
The provision of the information in this ClaimAdviser software will take you no less than 15 minutes. It’s usually somewhere between 20 minutes to 40 minutes and can be longer than this depending on the nature of the claim.
If you are concerned that this is too big an investment of your time, my recommendation is that you should cease considering litigation as an option. Successful litigation almost always requires a large amount of effort by both client and legal practitioner. Effective and efficient litigation occurs when the necessary information is provided in detail early in the course of the litigation.
Spending your time now to give E C Legal correct and complete instructions:
- won’t cost you anything if you choose not to proceed with us;
- will improve your prospects of success;
- may avoid starting litigation which could be a loser.
